Cycle Touring | Trekking | Adventure
I created this website to document my adventures and to inspire people from all backgrounds to spend more time outdoors.
For the last 8 years, I have served in the British Army as an Infantry Officer. It was whilst serving in Afghanistan in 2014 that I read a book by Alistair Humphreys where he tells his story of cycling around the world. This book inspired me to buy a cheap bicycle and set off on my own cycle tour. I cycled from London, through Belgium, Luxemburg and finished in Paris. Since then I have been hooked by adventure travel. You can check out my most recent adventures here. There is no greater freedom in life than being able to travel using only human power, waking up each morning not knowing what lies ahead.
After a rewarding and exciting career, I came to the decision that it was time to try something different and handed in my notice. I am currently planning a huge adventure that will start in September 2018. More details will follow in due course! Adventure travel has enriched my life in so many ways. It can enrich yours too.

Divided by the UN controlled Buffer Zone, the North is controlled by the self-declared state of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and the south by the Republic of Cyprus. My route was from the centre of the southern coastline in an anti clockwise direction. Read More.

Over Christmas, they run a campaign called ‘Walking Home for Christmas’. People are encouraged to walk home from their place of work, in groups or as individuals, to raise money for the charity.
